Sandy  live on the banks of the New River and has worked in the school system for many years as a Teacher Assistant in both Kindergarten and in rooms devoted to helping children with Special Needs. Which she found to be a special kind of rewarding endeavor. 

She now focuses her care and compassion for people by volunteering her time helping people better their lives. Her care for people has also motivated her to want to help them navigate through the confusing maze of health insurance. Sandy and her husband Steve have raised 2 boys. In her free time Sandy enjoys camping with her husband, reading, and enjoying the antics of their Border Collie, Clover, and their cat with a sense of entitlement, Bagel.
